I just picked up 120 bags. I already had almost 30 bags so I've got around 150 bags. At a rate of 1 bag a day I shouldnt have any problems. If we have the winter from hell that could be different but the average all heating season is 1 bag per day

I'm going to hold off lighting the stove as long as my bones don't feel the dampness. Last year I think I fired up on 10/8 which is probably the earliest I've started up. (I think it might be age related.) ;)
The year before last I only burned about 2 ton but last year I went through a little over 3 ton. If I need more coal B T Enterprises is only five minutes from my house. I hope 173 bags will be enough.

I did the same thing last year ... I'm holding out until 1 NOV at the earliest .... we did have a couple of cold days a few weeks ago ... but I held out .. then it warmed up ...
