I will check on the installation of the hopper but I measured the hopper and at the top it is 1/2" from back of firebox which is driven by the angle iron running horizontal between the hopper and firebox at the top of the hopper only. The hopper is against the firebox at the bottom where it sits on the stoker mech.
House is tight, I duct taped together a 4" duct inlet to outside for combustion fan. Seems to be reading .03 now at idle now...48* outside... I did this for my previous stoves but did not install it on the ak110. Guess i need to add this as a permanent feature?
The angle goes between the nuts and hopper, on the inside of hopper. Not between hopper and furnace. There should be a thin spacer between the hopper and furnace. The angle is a support for the sheet metal hopper.
