Picked up yester day a warm morning stove.

Inside mesures 17.5 one way and 10.5 the other.
had to drill out the draft door bolts all went good execpt one that will have to be shimed a bit on one side.
The hinges on the stove drilled out ok but the door latch is brock any place to get a new one?
The inside bolt twisted right off when I went to turn it out . The next nut is striped out allso so really need the hole latch set if I can find one ideas on were to get parts?
On a good note all fire brick are just as good as when new.
Grate lookes ok.
There is two holes must be air inlets of some kind on top of the oping fuel door.
Must have had some sort of regulating them some how but missing hardware.

Hello all finaly got the ash door latch button to turn.
Now to fix the broken handel by drilling out threaded bolt end wich connects the door latch to the handle.
Mybe rethread the short pipe end that connects the square end latch piece that keeps the door latched tight.

That will hold a 100 pounds of coal and will burn either Bituminous or Anthracite. The little holes in the top of the stove are for secondary air. Some of these models have the secondary air openings without any type of damper control. In that case it is designed to admit a pre determined amount of air to burn off hydrocarbons and to provide the tiny bit of secondary air needed later in the combustion cycle.
The main goal is to have the ash pit door as tight as possible and to install a pipe damper about 2 feet beyond the exhaust collar in the stove pipe.
This will provide plenty of cheap and reliable heat for your green house.

Got the door back on now.
Had to drill out the bolts and replace them.
Handle now working was rusted together.
Now need to figure out the top two holes must of had a slide or some thing to open and close them off.
