Picking up Coal at Henry's is like visiting a good friend rather than purchasing coal. Always look forward to my visits every year. His Christmas setup in his house is just over the top. Wish there were more guys like him around to do business with.

Not bad for this area. Works out to $320 per ton, which is what I paid this morning for Blaschak.
FWIW, my fairly-small dealer told me he pays $1,300 for trucking to get 19 pallets delivered to his warehouse in Turner, Maine.

Agway here has always been way over-priced, and they offered to deliver bagged coal in a dump truck and dump it on my lawn. "You WILL have some broken bags," they said. Now that's service.

Agway has been providing GREAT agricultural, farm and home products for over 50 years all over the EAST
Except near us where the store was way overpriced, c rappily run and went bust. Thank God. Sadly we don't have steam trains. I did hear Whistle somebody or other has the franchise for NH.
