Hello guys. Think I need some thoughts or opinions. So I'm getting a supply list together to pipe the radiator in my breezeway. Someone suggested going with monoflow tee's so the radiator heats up quicker. The baseboard I replaced just had a supply and return. The radiators in the rest of the house just have a supply and return and work fine. Yes some get hotter quicker than others, but it's not really that big of deal. To be expected really. I guess what I'm looking for is real world experience. Everything sounds good in theory. The breezeway radiator is on it's own zone so only one heat load. I plan on setting the thermostat to temp and leaving it there all winter, so the room will never really cool down. Most of the pick up factor should be gone, correct? I guess what I'm asking is it worth it for one heat emitter. I could see multiple loads, but for one? Thanks Matt.

If you were tying into an existing monoflow loop in the house it might make sense to add another set of tee's for an additional radiator...but putting the new radiator on its own zone valve or circulator will offer much better temperature control in the breezeway.
