It's running great, starts every time! Amazing what new CPS some improved and some new grounds can do. I put the new intake in yesterday, there's a notable increase in power, it's sweet, thank you!
I'm confident the ICP was replaced I went and got the old one back from them. I've poked around a bit and I do think they also replaced the HPOP but I will confirm that soon.
It was a frustrating experience and I think I owe you guys some beer!

If you haven't changed the high pressure oil lines out from the pump to the heads it's not a bad idea either. They're a little pricey if I remember but they make one hell of a mess when they blow. I have the tool for the quick connect end if you need it.

Stant 10238, don't test it just do it. $4.99 from Amazon and others like the man says. Cool climate and you are (I presume) not hauling serious loads so do it whenever you are wandering into a parts store for other reasons. You Mainers are such cheapskates. :) Of course, after nearly 250,000 miles even Maine trucks need a cooling flush out once in a while. We drag 15,000# (yeah, I know we're overloaded) down to Florida each year so we just check the fluids and put on a $5 part. It's like s*x, prophylaxis is best. If I had a 6.0 or 6.4 I would do it every Xmas day (regimentation is best for a flake like me). Of course, you could also give yourself an extra Xmas gift and just push the whole truck over a cliff and buy a 7.3. HAHAHAHAHAHAA, I slay myself.

Just watched that 6.4 DPF engine destruction video from that guy you posted earlier. What an abortion of engineering that is! Basically a pre-programmed self-destruct feature ...

As usual, behind every shitty idea is some arm of the U.S. government .... :x

So Smitty my choices are a 6.0 where we are guaranteed the head will blow along with the injectors and God knows what else, or the 6.4 where everything is astronomically expensive and still is failure prone. You would need to buy a second hand truck (I could not afford a 6.7) and you have no idea how close the truck is to destruction and no way to test it. An option is a N Florida truck where the cattle boys there took the 6.4s from the dealer and straight piped them as there is/was no inspection. No rust and moded but you have to know where to find them and they ran them HARD. 20mpg+ and they haul a$$.

If any other poor sap gets raped by the local garage, this may help. Go here first. It's way beyond a OBDII scanner and with the apps (as shown on the youtube video) it perhaps would have nailed the issue. The system is dirt cheap. This is an example for the Powerstroke but it has other possibilities. Not Apple (IOS) compatible but it works with Windows just fine. Cheap and professional. Just trying to help.
