The missing part is a draft control, you'll need that. It is called a damper actuator and a chain runs from it to the draft door. They are available new as another member got one for his, I just don't remember who the manufacturer is. As I recall, one of those Honeywell controllers is for over temp and one is to control the damper.

The reason you got a fast response is when you make a post in an old thread, it comes right back to the top. :)

If boots doesn't have a PDF, I'll send a paper copy. I would call Burnham and see if they can send you a copy and inquire about spare parts to see if they are available. I almost bought one of these new. When I ordered it, they had ceased production about two weeks prior.

Honeywell spring return actuator, with chain and mount foot. :)

The manual I sent him was paper, I know of no PDF manual for the Burnham. As far as questions, ask away. :)
I do have a .PDF of the Burnham manual. I will gladly email it to anyone who wants it...

Hi, I’m considering the burnham for myself. My only concern is the v shape of the firebox. I’d really like to see the pdf file of the manual before I commit to buying it. It looks to be in excellent condition. Thanks!

Here you go. There's a page or two missing but it has what you need.

This thing is awesome. Been idling for over a week at 165 without the air damper even opening. Just idling smoothly on the bypass air. Grate shaker grate with no ash buildup. Almost no temperature variation even when heat is called for at night. Paid 500 with all the aqua stats and assorted plumbing. I actually installed everything myself and all I bought was a new pressure relief valve. Couldn’t be happier with this thing. It replaced my 35 year old hydra fire boiler that began leaking. Love this thing.

Notice that the sticker hasn’t even burned on the glue pipe. The only thing I don’t like is that this is so efficient that it doesn’t throw out much heat in my cellar. You can place your hand directly on the top of the stove the part that is not insulated with no problem as well as the flue pipes. This boiler is also very well made and solid! Pretty freaking heavy moving it with just me and my wife. It was scary as hell.
