Good evening all. It was a busy day for me. Fourth time I've reconditioned the lawn behind the house and this should do it. I hauled ~30 yards of compost soil and spread most of it out over ~ 3,000 ft². Borrowed Woodn'Coals York Rake and between the two Masseys, got the job done in two half days. Sure hope this is the last time I have to do this. Chose a dense shade mix. Reading up on tall fescues I found I have to overseed every two years. Maybe that was the problem. Here's a few pics. The MF10 is going strong in its 43 year
