Couple more photos - pot bushing/Gooseneck bushing, Burner worm bushing, auger flight in pot, and auger bin pipe (end in coupler).
Just more information for you to provide suggestions.

All the above pictures indicate a Very Worn feed system that will need rebuilt before you put into use. The auger bin pipe is shot from what I can see.
The Flights are worn.
Auger bushing... non-existent? but you are going to replace it anyway I believe you said so...
Lots of repair work.
Maybe you'd be better off buying a new top section of auger... My .02
Not sure how the rest of auger looks but maybe you need more?
Are you running your auger into a bin straight or going shorter into a barrel to feed coal?

Get a new pot auger, pot bushing, and new pipes. Carefully check the grates in the burn pot for cracks. If they look good, you can save $200 by leaving them alone...or you can go ahead and change them now and have a totally rebuilt stoker.
Check the fines cleanout door on the bottom of the pot to see if it opens and closes correctly. Make sure that it isn't warped and that it closes snugly.
A new blower motor is a little over $100, and it is one of the few components that can abruptly fail and leave you without heat. Item # 4782 from http://www.marathon-motors.com is a perfect fit. Be gentle when removing the fan from the old motor. A little penetrating oil, a little heat, and a smack with a punch on the end of the motor shaft usually does the trick.
Might as well degrease everything while you have it out, and be sure to fill the gearbox and ratchet drive with fresh gear oil before you fire it up.

Install beginning. The EFM stocker replacement parts have arrived from Marks Supply.
I've been working on other projects for the last two months - I am now focusing on getting this up and running.
The help has arrived - my 20 something nephew with construction skills and lots of hours pushing pallet trucks.
Trying to copy the bulk feed pallet system - by vermontday .
I printed everything out from NEPA by vermontday - showed the videos to my nephew and he' s putting his on spin on this implementation.
Comments and pointers appreciated as this is plan A of his pallet base,
tomorrow he'll build a plan B.

Not to throw too much water on your pan here but......................................
You mentioned in your first post that this unit is being laced in your garage.
Do you have a way to isolate the flammable items in the garage away from the coal burner ?? I noticed in 1 of your pics, you have a wheeler in there and also some real nice shelving for storage. You certainly do not want things to go boom if there are any fuel fumes near the boiler.
Speaking from experience here when 1 morning I walked into my garage to find out the fuel tank on the generator had sprung a leak and was dumping gas onto the floor. Lucky for me I smelled it and also lucky the generator was right by the overhead door so it wasn't a big deal to quickly remove it and get the fumes away from the burning Alaska Stoker II

Rick 386 - thanks for the feedback.
I appreciate any safety recommendations and suggestions.
I plan to frame in the EFM520 with studs and sheet rock.
making sure first that I can get everything built and installed.
Will be using tractor with loader to place boiler on base;
this weekend if everything goes well.
What was your first thought when you discovered the leaking generator dumping gasoline on the floor?

I received a bounty of detail information from vermontday.
My nephew changed our pallet design. He disassembled the first pallet design and rebuilt.
Here are some photos of the new design - plan on a total of 5 pallets.
Three are in different phases of completion based on available materials.
Steel is coming, bags are here.
This skid is much more rigid that the first pallet assembled.

A few things to add:
1. This is the first time I have seen mention of a special lubricant for the connecting rod, interesting. I use a heavy oil with moly made for chains.
2. You have more flights of auger exposed beyond the auger pipe than recommended. What you have will work fine for rice, but not for buck. If you don't plan to burn buck, no reason to change it.
3. That fan housing was nasty! Good thing you cleaned it. It needs to be free of oil to avoid collecting dust.
4. Use low strength thread locker on the coupler set screws.
5. What happened to the oil pan that goes under the stoker drive?
