As far as I know they only deliver and don't stock, problably pick up at a local breaker split vein
Suggest you buy a small quantity to start with. It's been awhile and they probably changed but I got 1/2 ton of "cheaper" rice coal from Split Vein a couple of years ago and had problems. It was wet, runny wet, lots of fines, so much so I couldn't get it to burn. It clogged everything up. I had to shovel it to the side of the coal room and get fresh coal from a different yard. I eventually burned it by mixing it VERY SLOWLY with the good stuff but it took all winter to mix in that 1/2 ton.
Like I say, maybe it's different now but if Quality Coal is using Split Vein and has coal at the lowest price around, there might be a reason why. Stop by the yard at Quality and talk to em and look at the piles.
