I too could use a new pan for the stove I'm rebuilding.
Fact is I would order Two (2) if he is still making ash pans. I could have it done local, but I would much prefer to have a member of this forum do the work.
A more enjoyable connection & fonder memories as I warm myself on cold winter evenings.
Keep us appraised as to if you made connections.
As always, Regards: Buck47, AKA: john

**YAWWWN** HEY! Who's that wakin' me up from my 4 day nap? Ohhhhh, it's Pan People! OK! Worth getting up for. Yup, I should be smart enough to save the recipe for the common stoves, but have not as of yet, so, I'll need measurements & perhaps a picture or two, but I'll get 'm done.

Rip Van Freddy and his Merry Band Of PM'n and Pan Makin' Elves Strike Again!
Just realized the OP is local to me (same County) we've been shooting the breeze about coal supply and prices, didn't realize it was his thread!
Small world.
Small world.

Here is what I am coming up with. I measured the underside of the pan to get the most accurate numbers as possible.
17.5" Wide
15" Long (deep)
3.25" high *actual is 3.125, looks like I can comfortably gain another 1/8" with no issue.
Hemmed on the sides, 90* up front for the handle to store in.
I'm giving you creative license to do whatever you think makes sense. My current one is cracked badly right where the handle rivet goes through.
