When it comes to hand fired, D S Machine is King of selections, about 14 different stoves an furnaces.

And more efficient then most an heavier steel, compare weight.
bi-metal thermostat and hopper is real nice.
D S Machine
Hitzer
Harman/Legacy...production problems now, lots of used Mark I, II, III
Keystoker...HFH 70/90
Alaska...Kodiak

The only ones I know of that are big enough for your application are Hitzer's, D.S Machine, then Harmon, and Baker.

Hitzer's and D.S. machines I think are the best value for you dollar, and most common on this forum.

Harmon hand fed furnace I think sf250, alaska makes a big hand fired if my memory is correct and so does Baker. The trick for you is heat distribution.

I have 3 800ft^2 boxes on top of each other and do good with an 82 UL with a custom sheet metal box and fan setup.

Keystoker may make a handfired furnace, but I'm not sure.
