Boilermater Issue?

Hand Fed Coal Boiler: BUCKET A DAY water heater
Hand Fed Coal Stove: Warm Morning 414A
Coal Size/Type: PEA,NUT,STOVE /ANTHRACITE
Other Heating: Ground Source Heat Pump and some Solar

Okay, this is good news...you most likely are using 24 volt, and NOT 120volt.

Did you check them fuses yet?

And while you are at it check the fuses in the Taco.
And make sure the relays in the Taco are seated...give a little push and wiggle in.

Not sure why the Amtrol controller has all the color wires connected if using a Taco Control???

Guess I better ask...Taco Zone...is it zones by circulators (SR) or zones by zone valves (ZVC)?

Hand Fed Coal Furnace: Harman SF3500 reduced down to 3 grates connected to its own plenum
Coal Size/Type: Rice, Chestnut and whatever will fit through the door on the Harman
Other Heating: Noth'in but COAL! Well, Maybe a little tiny bit of wood

The Amtrol Boilermate wh-41z just has what I would imagin is an aquastat inside. It doesn't have all the digital control stuff, just a knob. I would guess there is a temperature switch, a transformer and a relay in there and not much else, nice and simple.
