FireBrand Can you PM me who your dealer is. I would like to make sure they get the proper training. Oh yea please do not mix wood pellets in with the coal in the hopper. We care about the environment and do not like that garbage going into the air. But really we do not recommend wood pellets of any amount in the hopper for safety reasons.
