Anyone Burn Buck in a Alska 140 Auger ??

Just wondering if anyone has tried and if so what was the outcome??

I've never tried it. Only used rice coal and wood pellets.

I tried wood pellets, didn't like the outcome.
To smokey & too little heat with the same cost as coal.

Was just wondering if buck would burn better or worse in the augered fire..

I have heard of some having great results mixing 30% buck with rice but never straight buck
