A automatic genset is a very amazing tool up here in PA . and I also use to take care of small to very large units , my last job we had 3 V-16 cat units providing primary power to the site when needed

Just and update so far still great she is now 100% dialed in, even on the warmer days here the past few weeks I have keep her fire going and maintained 180 degree water temp. I would say I have used around 600 pounds of coal (I bought 3 truckloads "half ton pickup 6' bed" less than 2 ton) still making nothing but dust in the ash pan. tomorrow I am hooking in a heat exchanger for the hot water heater , I figure no sense in wasting heat . I did discover that small coal (rice) will not burn in her, a friend gave me a bag to get rid of all it does is put her out , I am also looking at a electric dryer to hydronic conversion kit . but I will post about this later in another topic
