It was a looooooong, tough road to this property. We certainly earned it, that's for sure. I spent several years in Worcester, Phoenix, AZ, & Livermore, CA with acreage that could have been measured in inches, so I know what you mean there.
If I was ever given an opportunity to go back in time & be young again, I'd say NO THANKS.
