Of course I don't mind, when I post anything pertaining to these old stoves, they are for all to use.

Randy,
Looking at the pictures posted by the OP his Art Garland was made by the Michigan Stove Company. That may explain why there is no reference to the stove in the Canadian catalog.
I had a similar issue when searching the John M Wolf Company plate on my Rosemont. It turned out Wolf Co. bought out Floyd Wells Co and installed their cast nameplate on the later Rosemonts.
Paulie
I did not read the catalog that closely before posting, I did not even realize it was by a Canadian Co. I just saw the Art Garland name in the title and looked at the photos looking for his stove.

Thank you for all the warm welcomes to the forum! And thanks for posting your knowledge, and resources. Very helpful!! Does anyone know the approx cost of sandblasting for something like this? Also, how expensive is the nickel plating? Trying to get an idea of how much I will need to invest!

Sorry, unable to be much help.
I too also have an Art Garland from Michican Stove.
It is in the condition as I bought it, so no experience on costs of refurbishment.
Will get some pictures up sometime later.

The main thing you should do is proceed carefully with this restoration. You have a very complex heater, which is an industrial work of art. You're new to this whole addiction of antique stoves. You should work at learning as much as you can before you tear into the stove. Correspond with members who have restored these base burners. I know a number of people on the forum have restored similar stoves themselves and had great results. The finial alone is amazing!
When it's time to start you should fully photograph the whole stove intact and then document the tear-down completely. Any broken parts can be welded and repaired as an individual piece. Tomahawk Foundry can recast, if necessary.
Proper nickle plating requires a lot of preparation and is consequently very expensive. The plating of this elaborate stove could run well over $1,000.00, due to the amount of nickle.
My two cents worth - Chris

Wow !
Looks like there was more work went into making the casting, stamping, and spinning patterns for those finial parts than goes into all the patterns for casting some stoves !

Yeah, it is torment.
Got other stove(s) as well on the sideline, Glenwood 111 is one.
They'll work in the next house.
