Bossert Fireplace Shoppe in Mineral Point WI is the only one I know of. He may find a local dealer if he has Amish around him. Ask them. Or call Blaschak and they will tell him of dealers.

Coal can be found in Neshkoro( Anth. and Bit.) and in Arcadia(hard Eastern Kentucky Bit) and Mineral Point (Anth). There are several fireplace dealers that carry bagged coal. I would think you're looking for bulk. Arcadia(craigslist) and Neshkoro(internet) have bulk, unbagged.
There be more, but I don't know of those.
