I know im not posting in the right area but I have to spread the word. The stove is 3 hours away from me but my bank account isn't in its happy place or id be looking at it this weekend.
Search glenwood under the ny finger lakes region on craigs list. asking $950. pics are low quality
I have no idea how to pull a link, sorry guys.

Other Heating: Ruud propane forced air system

From what the seller is letting us see, I surely would not pony up $950. It's highly doubtful considering it's age that cracks and other assorted broken cast iron items are not present. It may be the Deusenberg of old base heaters but common sense has to kick in at some point. Possibly a fully equipped big time restorer might be able to turn a buck on it but not the average guy. Admittedly these oldies go for mega bucks when restored to prima condition, but considering the costs of re-casting, welding, nickel plating, man hours, it probably all adds up.

I would have to agree, I see a piece broken out of the finial mount, It does have the orig elbow. someone near by should look it over, It could be a solid one. Still only worth 4 or 500 at best

It's still there @ $950. Wonder if the seller might start some price reductions as time wears on??
