I am on a Macbook computer so mine might look different than others, but it looks like McGiever's photos he posted were embedded right into the message. All the other photos look like they were made as attachments. Maybe this is why some could not see the photos?

Those photos were previously posted in another older thread and then those selected images are linked to appear in this thread.
It seems it would be better to link the photo attachment rather than to link the image for all to view..

Over the last week or so I have been able to disassemble the stove with the exception of the base. I have spent countless hours carefully drilling out screws and grinding off nuts making sure I do not knick the castings. I found the draft knobs extremely difficult to remove, many years of corrosion on them. I did manage to crack a couple of the wings that hold the draft knobs in place. I have already sent the part up to the Tomahawk foundry to get recast. The rest of the castings came apart without any issue so I was very happy regarding that. Just lots of patience needed.
KingCoal - I was able to separate the fork. It did crack however. I think that was going to happen no matter what. Both circular parts of the grate seem to be in good condition. I am going to continue to see if I can find another fork out there somewhere. If not there is still enough left to make a pattern. By the way, all three parts of the grate have 218 marked on them.
I have attached a few more pictures of the progress. Thanks everyone for your help so far.

Just an update...
When time allows I have been cleaning up parts. Once sandblasted they get a coat of high temp paint. So far things have been turning out nice.
The draft knob wings came back from the Tomahawk Foundry. They turned out great. I brought the old barrel out to Madison Stove Shop. I should get that back in a couple of weeks.
I am going to start looking for mica. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have never worked with the stuff before.

Just another update.... I picked up the barrel this past weekend from Madison Stove Works. They did a great job. Went on with minimal effort which was appreciated. Here are a few more pictures. I am sending out another batch of parts to get nickel plated this week. Still a lot more cleanup to do.
