My WB needed a new GR and Wilson just sent me a set. Apparently they can be made by grinding down a set made for a G#6 and here they are. Where is my buddy David (dlj), I got a new bag of Peets coffee... :D

I have put them in a 116 modern Glenwood oak. I had to shorten the front manifold, but now have a pattern. you have to drill the holes in the front frame of the stove. They fit real good ,and I think up grade the116 for coal use. the wings best already has the holes cast in the frame.

Wilson,

Then, can the gas ring castings that you have for the Glenwood #8 be fitted into a Modern Oak 118 ? I'll have to measure the 118 barrel diameter.

Peets coffee works every time... Sounds like it should be pretty straight forward.

I would love to meet both of you for some coffee and conversation at any convenient time. I don't think either one of you live that far from me.

Well OK William, but no naked hoola hoop gymnasts or hot blues singers (a private joke). I have a few things to do in Cherry Hill next week and then I will set something up.

CN,

when you join the 4 pieces together to make the ring, what's the outside diameter ? or another way of saying it, what's the inside dia. of the WB barrel where the ring will install ?

maybe I can add this feature to my projects.

thanks,
steve
