I need ballpark settings for vf3000 aquastat

I am getting a vf3000 ready for install.
I need the ballpark settings for aquastat A350 and S350.
I have the jumpers set as follows:
A350 to HEAT

S350 to cool

If you own a VF3000 your best guess will be alot better than mine.
