I have been in IT for 38 years. I tell kids at the university if someone tells you they are an "expert" run the other way

Often times kids come in for help and say they want to talk to an expert, my response "I will try to help you anyway until one shows up"

All kidding aside what are your needs?

We use this software at work but I would like to use it to print reports etc.
