With the warm weather I've been keeping my Kodiak idling for the last 2 weeks. It's just enough to keep the chill out overnight and the oil burner off. Last fill was 2 days ago, figuring to let it go out and call it a season.

Last shake (no poke just shake the grate) was 32 hours ago. I closed the input air, MPD and lightened the baro adjustment so that it reacts to the slightest breeze outside. There's still red coals under about 2 inches of coal, the stack at 6" is 122 and the highest box temp is 138. It's maintained this through 84 degrees outside yesterday and 78 today.

Gawd I love this stove...
