Good ideal . I will give that a shot.Rick 386 wrote:Next time if it is a little cool outside, put the gallon can in bucket of hot water so "soften" it up prior to application.Waswood wrote:I applied FF for the 1st time last fall to my truck. I hear a lot of good things about it. I did notice today it doesn't apply cold with their sprayer. I was going to spray the boat trailer today but it's a no go. Guess I have to wait for it to warm up. Thanks for the discount code . I picked up 5 gal to have on hand.
Hate to waste a good day in the middle of winter........

I bought a $16 thing that goes on the spray cans. It goes 30 inches inside of frames & what-nots & sprays 360 degrees in one pass. I taped it to a stiff wire to keep it straight. I spray my frames with the gallon & air sprayer, then go back with the spray can & get into places the gallon spray won't go. Yaaa, it has an odd smell for a week, but....better than rust!

I like having protection from FF. But it smells like pig s**t to me for a few days. I notice it also collects a layer of dirt. But I think any lube will do that. I still have 6 gallons and some spray cans left . I plan on spraying 1x in spring and 1x in fall to equipment.
