Thermal coal prices in Asia may jump as much as 50 percent if rainfall caused by La Nina is heavier than expected, further tightening the market as China cuts production, according to Citigroup Inc.

That is bit coal, not anthracite. Shouldn't have any effect on us.

So this means some analyst (rightly or wrongly) is long on coal or producers. Often just doing the opposite of what they say makes more money.
