I'm done with coal now for this heating season, burning a little wood today for laundry and dish washer, and probably a little for tomorrow and tomorrow night, hi only 50 tomorrow with a chance of snow at night.
This heating season, 9/26/15-5/6/16 I burned 9673 pounds of pea coal, that cost me 1,330 dollars, minus the average 40 dollars per month I saved on my electric dhw, in about 7 months of heating, is 1050 dollars to heat my house and garage, I would say the New Yorker has done well.

Got some new pipe on this year, lit the same day as last year, low of 35 tonight, will burn for DHW and some nightly heat calls unless it gets to warm. Getting a bulk TT load of Lehigh pea this year, so we'll see what this winter brings!

So my coil seemed a lil plugged up year after firing up, so went and got some CLR and am circulating it with my sump pump, we'll see how it works.

Flushed it every which way.
This is all I got, and it was prob from the sump pump sitting..
Pressure is maybe a lil. Better, but not the same as the cold.

That stinks. There isn't much else you can do other than continue flushing, or replace the coil...and the new one will eventually clog up just like this one.
Once a coil has been cleaned with acid it typically clogs up must faster the second time.

It only really drops pressure when I turn on more than one faucet. It might be the 1/2" pex but I don't remember it being like this last year, oh well if it gets worse then I know it's the coil.

Most tankless coils in oil/gas boilers are installed with a mixing valve. The coil might be 1/2", but if you run 3/4" to the coil, and mix some of the cold with the hot from the coil, the flowrate drop is not nearly as noticeable.
You could always watch ebay for a good deal on a bronze/stainless circulator...if you find one, hook up a recirc. loop through your water heater and the coil.
