Got 4.61 tons of Blaschak Coal delivered yesterday. $238.00 a ton delivered from James Gilliland Hauling in New Wilmington, PA. It was a 50 mile one way trip for him so I thought the price was good.

Hey Dave,
Looks real good
Is that an I-Beam over the boiler? If so what a great idea.
I see the picking eyes on the boiler, will be able to separate the boiler from the base anytime you want.
Let's get that thing fired now Dave, we need fire
Best of Luck

How are things with you?
Here is a picture of where I am on the boiler.

That is one great look'in boiler. Who welded the eye hooks on it? That is a real good idea, I've been picking them up with a nipple and Tee in the supply fitting, eye hooks are much safer.

Hi Chris,
Great to hear from you. I had that beam laying round and figured that would be the easiest way to get the boiler off the back of the truck and up on the base. I have a snatch block hanging off to the side. I have seen other guys using the pipe fitting to lift but I thought this might just be a little safer plus like you said if I ever need to lift it back off I am all set. I am hoping to have this thing fired up very soon as the wife is tired to a chilly house. LOL

Don,
Glad to hear all is well with you. I had the neighbor weld the eye hooks on. It just seemed like the way to go plus I have a little more balance. Hoping to see fire in the hole real soon.
